Pilates for Mothers and Babies is a class designed around the needs of new mums. If your baby is 8 weeks old or 12 weeks for c sections this class is for you. This class will help you get back exercising, help you lose weight, improve posture, rehab you pelvic floor muscles, improve your strength and fitness and restore you posture. This is a great way of getting to exercise without
having to worry about who looks after the baby. Your baby is part of the class enabling to play and bond with them in a fun yet beneficial way
The format for the class means that it is suited to the most unfit mums. The first few weeks are very gentle but as the weeks go on the level gets slowly more challenging. This ensures that you gradually get fitter, leaner and stronger at a pace suited to new mums.
St John the Baptist hall is very clean so there are no issues with having babies down on the floor. There are baby changing facilities, loads of space for leaving buggies and there is always plenty of parking right beside the venue
The class is thought by Irina who is herself a new mum and understands all the Issue and challenges a new mum faces.
