These programmes are also available to sports teams and clubs and currently we work with a number of prominent Gaelic and Rugby Football Clubs in Dublin.
Pre/Post-Natal Pilates is favoured by many women to build core strength and relieve muscle tension and stresses related to pregnancy. If ones abdominals, back, and pelvic floor muscles are toned, they will support a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery. Furthermore, Pilates is such a safe exercise method, it is one of the few enjoyable activities that can be done before, during and after pregnancy and is very effective at the same time. It is an extremely versatile form of exercise that can be modified to suit the varying stages of pregnancy, as you grow and change it changes with you. The modifications help you keep the intent of the exercise, but adjust the form to work for your body. Pilates is also famous for helping new mothers get their figures back after baby is born!
